Our founder Sam Adarkwa grew up with these healthy and tasty soups, they’re a staple meal in households across West Africa and have been enjoyed for centuries. It’s the warming taste of home, where a giant pot of ‘pepper soup’ is cooking on the stove, delicately spiced with gorgeous and rich flavours and utterly packed with chunks of chicken. So Sam and his wife decided to share this secret with the rest of the world, adding their own twist and creating Summit Soups, here to bring the best of the west to your weekly meals. Wa Du Nu!
